After you finalize the call for speakers form and submit it to us, you can no longer edit the details. We will take it from there and correct and fill the rest information required.
Yes, of course! We are collecting open calls for speakers and presentations in United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. We are also collecting selected open calls for virtual events in English language from keynote organizers in Ireland and New Zealand.
We collect open calls for all existing industries and present them sorted in 103 categories. See the full list of industries covered here.
You can pay for each separately or all together or some of them. It’s up to you! After you complete the details for all calls and submit them as final draft, you click on the “Pending Payment” tab and you proceed to checkout. You can remove calls from your cart in case you want to pay only for some of them. We have built a simple and intuitive interface so it’s very easy for you to navigate around your dashboard.

No, it’s not. It’s just a preview of the structure, to help you visualize the call page and understand where each info section appears. The final call page will be the result of our additional research and editing, where we collect more details about the speaking opportunity and correct any typos.
No, you will not. The access to our Calls directory is a service offered exclusively to speaker members. You can purchase a speaker membership here, after you logout as Organizer, using an email address different that the one you use on your Organizer account.
No, there isn’t.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments. We use Stripe as our payment merchant for secure payments.

All promotional plans are not refundable. Please choose a listing ad plan only if you are sure you want to use our services by submitting your call for speakers in our directory.
Yes, your Organizer Dashboard includes all relevant statistics chart and figures for your listings. When you login to your account, you are directly transferred to your analytics page.
